Fiona Troon Music

On Friday Wednesday 15th and Friday the 17th of November the Polish piano trio "Flow Unit 3" are performing pieces by composers from RBC and RAM in a joint project taking place at each institution respectively. It's a double bill, with three student composers from each college as well as works by Heads of Department Joe Cutler and Phillip Cahsian. It's going to be great to hear so many new pieces! It's also being broadcast on Radio 3.

My theatrical piece "Behest" is being performed as part of the project. I'm so looking forward to working with this fantastic group! Come and see it live to catch all the action :-)

The Supernova in the Mirror Performance of live interdisciplinary event using poetry, music and parkour at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, 19/03/23

Listen to "Tag!" A cross-genre piece for wind and percussion that explores the relationship between performance practice and form! Recorded at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire's Bradshaw Hall on 18th November 2022 by the Thallein Ensemble conducted by Daniele Rosina.

This is a recording of one possible concert version of "Tag." It can be performed in various lengths and guises, such as a longer instillation piece, due to its flexible form and process. This means it can be added to or adapted in the future! As such it is infinitely developing :-) Score and parts available upon request. Enjoy and please leave your feedback! x
