Transform yourself with High-Intensity, grueling workouts. Not for the feint hearted.
"Do RIIT Get Lit" Roland Intensity Training- my extreme versions of High Intensity training.
Testimonial from a very committes client 🔥-
Before I started training with Roland, I struggled to stay committed to any workout plan, the gym hadn’t seen me in 6 years and exercise was limited to dancing around the kitchen. My goal was to show up for myself by making exercise a daily habit by my 30th and shift the lockdown weight.
Roland is a great personal trainer and accountability partner, sessions are always professional but fun and you can tell he really knows his stuff! After just 3 weeks in, I was already seeing an improvement in my overall fitness, having lost 7 pounds. My overall confidence, strength, and mood increased positively week on week and this was noticed by those around me.
From skipping P.E to looking forward to the gym. I would highly recommend Roland for real transformational results. Thanks again!!"l

Are you ready to get in great shape with the help of an experienced video personal trainer?! No equipment needed, dm for details 💪
A shout-out and tips for everyone who's not training much right! The rest of you should benifit from this too though...
Just a teaser here because I want to focus on YouTube, pls drop me a comment if you liked it enough to click the link in my profile. Or if you're subbed and belled already it should be in your face!
Been putting in a lot of hours to learn how to edit videos, clearly progress is slow but hey it kinda enjoying it...
I wish the pose and background could be the same! But Bannatyne still isnt open and gyms might not be the same for a very long time. I took the first picture for accountability- I've not had more than a week out of a gym for over a decade 🙈
Some days not leaving g the house were tough to find the energy to train things like split squats.... but I always felt better after.
My 'home gym' during the time consisted of a few bags of rice, rings, bands and a backpack. Same for many of my 20 clients I've been training over Zoom. My bodyweight is pretty much the same now and I'm stronger on a lot of movements:)
If you want to get back into pre-lockdown shape but dont want to do it in a gym, DM me for a online programs and Zoom sessions.
physique
Jon started training with me when he was 107kg in June 2019. He needing 63kg of assistance on pullups and dips.... 8 months later he'd lost 14 kg of bodyweight and gained massive strength!
Over lockdown we've trained over Zoom, and he not only maintained the weight lost but gained strength on his chinups/dips which he now uses an added 10kg/ 30kg.
Jon's a testimony to consistency, ditching yo-yo diets and focusing on a sustainable routine that has regular small goals. Writing this makes me very, very happy to be a personal trainer.
An unexpected chain of events.
Felt around 170+kg🤷♂️
I'm actually going to work on my handstand a lot over the next couple months, and do a less crappy form version of this video!
Clapping myself out of Instagram for a while people! Thanks for all the likes and shares, I'll be back 👋
Kate's goal was to tone her arms and stomach, while getting stronger and fitter. In less than 6 months she did this and more, competing her first ever chinup, multiple pushups and transforming into the best shape of her life!
It's a pleasure to train Kate, always positive and strong in every sense of the word! @ London, United Kingdom
mini of a recent (rep) of 120kg.
Top left- 4 years of training Pre- Personal Training
Bottom left- 6 months bulking
Right- 4 months cutting
Jack is a testimony to hard work in the gym (4-5 x per week) and out (tracking macros consistantly). He's also made incredible strength gains on his bulk and maintaining on his cut.
Achieving all this while still living life out on the weekend and travelling to Asia, incredible! A real gains-life balance. I'm very proud to train him and looming foward to him overtaking my benchpress numbers 😁
Messing around at the end of a workout, the 1 handed felt easier than it ever has so went for the clap 😁
Rory started 6 weeks ago being able to do a measly 4 chinups, what a joke!
Got him on a RJTransformations gains program and now he's hit 12, and allowed to go Poland with me to celebrate his 2-1😂😂😂. He even had 1 week in Spain during the gains train, so impressive results. I'm very proud 🙏
A few home workout moves on a beautifully chilled Sunday.

Making me consider shaving again 😅
OMG look its an amazing 9 day transformation BUY MY program and get INSTANT RESULTS!!!!!!!!!!! Your vision and smile will also improve!!!!!
Joke, that's me bloated after a big meal with bad lighting, then a weekend in the sun+good lighting.. I'm posting this because of the many horrible "I lost 14 lbs (of waterweight) in 7 days" posts.
Or when a trainer posts progress pictures less than a month in, when nothing but carb depletion and a pump has occured... My handle has 'transformation' in it, but I've never posted anything thats under 6 weeks, because real change takes time, consistency, on top of the hard work.
/rant!
Dips with 75kg/165lbs. Did +50kg 11 years ago at 16 years old, slow progress but progress 😅.
First time using a belt instead of dumbbells in forever so might improve as I get a hang of the stability.
to last summer in NYC.
No, I'm not sure what I'm looking at, but I am sure it was lovely.

Easier than it's looks, pseudo-frog-tuck planche lol
Lost some strength after a few weeks of a rib injury but this is still easy at the end of a workout!
Great exercises for triceps.
You can do this anywhere! Great for that V, the more flexible your hamstrings are, the better the ROM will be.

Have you ever been obsessed with something? From 2007 to 2008 I went crazy with my diet and training, gaining 30 kg/66 lbs in 2 years and deadlifting 210kg...
A slipped disk stopped my obession dead in its tracks. But, for the last 10 years I've stayed a similar weight, consistently getting stronger and fitter, keeping a healthy work balance that has allowed me to be motivated the entire time.
How?
I've always made sure there're many small goals in sight (e.g adding 10 seconds to weighted plank, 5 kg to bench press, achieve new calisthenics movement ) and a big goal on the horizon (e.g 1 arm Chin up, get more ripped than I've ever been).
When I'm rested I'll train a great session. When I'm run down, I'll train light and feel great after.
This helps keep things fun, and fresh. I've been along side personal trainers actually telling me (all) training is boring, and then going to see their clients. They said I'll find it the same way eventually... they're wrong!
I get so much satisfaction from seeing my clients in person and online crushing their goals. Peace.
P.s yes that's me lol.
Back to after a 10 week break to focus on bench and squats.
and this year!
