A Part-Time Scheme Manager (initially 12hours/2day week, 1year Contract)
To further develop our Family Support and Volunteer service
• You will need to have knowledge of the voluntary sector and the roles and responsibilities of voluntary management committees.
• Have experience of managing and leading a project and of strategic management, planning and prioritising.
• Be experienced in developing services and ensuring that HSHH and WF delivers high quality support services to families
• Have experience in maintaining existing funding whilst accessing new funding for the organisation
The hours of work are 12 hours, 2 days a week, (increasing to 18hours/3 days in August 2023) including some lunchtime and evening work.
Salary - £33,799 - 35,934, plus £1923 OLW

Home-Start Haringey, Hackney and Waltham Forest is a dynamic and established scheme and requires: -
A Part-Time Service Manager Co- (12hours/2day week/ initially 6month Contract)
to support our fundraising for our exciting family and community development programme, focusing on volunteer training, personal development and family support
• You will need to be an experienced Manager
• You will need experience of fundraising and working with volunteers, and local communities
• The ability to motivate and engage effectively with black and minority ethnic groups and maintaining a monitoring information/database.
• You should understand and be committed to working with families, and the role of the voluntary sector in family support.
• Be able to work on your own initiative in a challenging environment.
• You need experience of working within a pressurised work environment
• Work Days: Tuesday- Wednesday
• Salary: £31,371 plus OLW (£1,923) pro rata for 12 hours Part Time. Home-Start operates a flexible working scheme
