After many a delay, I am pleased to confirm that 'Deeds And Abstracts' - the complete collection of my poems to date - will be coming out on Kindle very shortly (likely within the next month/6 weeks, confirmation and link to follow!)

The proofread is complete, and it's currently being formatted ready for upload. There's a lot of work gone on in the background for a long time to get to this point, and it's really quite exciting to be able to say I'm this close.

Thanks for your support and interest, as the page approaches the 100 likes milestone (well, it's more of a marking pebble at this point, but hey).

Please feel free to like and share if you like my writing and want to share it. I won't hold it against you, due to social distancing rules... 😑

PROGRESS UPDATE - Yeah, am actually making progress this time... am about halfway through a large exercise to revisit my original pieces and see if any could be improved. Have spotted six or seven so far which could be honed a little better, with the hindsight benefits provided by increased age and experience, compared to when I first wrote them.

Have settled on a name for the new collection (won't let the cat out of the bag at this point!) which I have decided will be a mix of poetry and flash fiction. Am roughly half way through the proposed contents, but recently rediscovered a massive trove of old paper notes and random couplets I'd scribbled down over the last couple of decades so am currently rolling in that like a happy dog in snow and seeing what shapes emerge.

This collection will be released on Kindle, with the possibility of a physical version being produced at a later date if it's successful. Have discovered Scrivener which is an awesome writing tool that I'd recommend to anyone, really versatile and makes setting things out and manipulating stuff really easy. It will also allow for easy export to Kindle for submission to publication when its ready, which is a real benefit to someone creative but fundamentally lazy in terms of an appetite for the formatting legwork, such as yours truly.
