I can't believe today is Alibi Clothing and Accessories 9th birthday!!! It makes me feel so old 😫😭
I know Alibi has been in a hiatus for over 2 years now and I'm sad to say that I will be closing this chapter in my life. It breaks my heart to say and brings me to tears but it's time to say goodbye to being a business owner and hello to being a mother and continue being a special needs teacher. I simply do not have the time or space to continue.
However, I have loved every single moment of it. I have seen places and met people I would have never of dreamed of experiencing. I still remember the first time I saw my clothing on the catwalk and i was filled with tears. I still remember my first international order. I still remember the first festival contract we sealed.
Alibi has been a rollercoaster and honestly if it wasn't for the incredible team we had, alibi simply wouldn't have gotten as big as it did. I owe so much to many people for supporting alibi but Jo Smith in particular has been amazing! You are the best thing that has come out this whole thing. A woman I look up to massively and I feel honoured to watch this woman grow.

Maybe one day later in life I will start Alibi up again, but I just want to thank every single customer, designer, printer, model, photographer, and friend that has been a part of Alibi and it's journey.

In light of tonight's broadcast, it dawned on me heavily how much it had hit me. Here's one of the few steps I will be taking to create some normality in my life.
To anyone out there who struggles, wobbles, needs a warm smile, drop us a message, we can either chat online or we can call/face time. Whether you've known me for years or weve never met, I am here for you all
Spread love to your friends and families. My family last night played monopoly through face time and we actually had such a laugh. Keep yourself busy.

I just wanted to leave a little something from Alibi. Times are scary, but we're all in this together. I've lost my job for the time being and my university is shut but I'm still on positive vibes cause I know soon this will all be over and we will have the biggest celebration ever!

I understand times are hard but we all need to do our bit. I will be helping by offering child care for any key holders and next week I have a few 1:1 teaching jobs for some children who need that attention. If you head to I will be posting teaching ideas to help anyone.

7 years ago today little naive nineteen year old me decided to make a change in my life. I was really struggling mentally and emotionally and the only way to get away from it was to make weird and wonderful designs. I never thought we'd be celebrating 7 years of business.
Thank you everyone who has supported us. We've had rough times over the years and there's been times I've considered giving up. But the support we have been given is overwhelming. I have met some amazing people, friends that are friends now for life.
We've been to some insane festivals, met the craziest of people, and some amazing memories that we still talk about now years on.
