Getting there slowly ;)
The Dungeon Dwellers section is back up now. Classic and new miniatures from Reaper, and made from their bones USA plastic.

It really captures the detail and isn't as bendy as classic bones figures. The ogres are really good, but then Bobby Jackson has won awards for these in the past.
Come and have a look.
The shop is back, and open for business.

Many thanks to Reaper Miniatures & Darksword Miniatures for their help, and of course to Andy, who has been working flat out to get me back online again.
Things are a bit different this time though.
Just about all the Reaper products are in the shop now. But I've still a lot to do regarding the other sections.
Pre-ordering out of stock items is also finished for the time being. If it's on show, it's in stock. Stock levels are also shown on each single product listing.
The shop design is basic and functional. I hope you like it, and it helps you find what you want quickly.
All Reaper prices are 20% off their rrp. It works out that I am paying the VAT for you, so that's a big saving, and I think that makes me one of the cheapest retailers of Reaper products in the UK.
Thanks
Tim
Well the rebuilding work is underway. The info@miniature-heroes is working again and I have access to paypal again. So if there is something you remember from the shop's inventory, I can sell it to you via a paypal invoice.
Work in the new shop is continuing in a hap hazzard manner. So many products and images. Reaper have been really kind, and thenk you to those who have bought from one of my other outlets, really appreciated :)
That's about it at the moment.

I've had a chance to speak with Andy today and we've mapped out a way forward.
First off, the site is totally gone, so I'm going to need a new one.
As you can imagine, he's got a heck of a lot of work to do, and some companies are going to be back running before others.
For Miniature-Heroes it's going to be getting the info@ email going again first. Then a little later on there will be a bare bones website. It won't be pretty, and will probably be missing a load of images, but it will be functional and secure.
Images and some bits I can do myself, while Andy is working hard to get other businesses up and running too. Once the rush is over, then he'll drop back and make it pretty again.
Timeframe is a bit fluid because he's fire fighting at the moment, but I would hope it'll be towards the end of the month at the worst.
It's a pain, but stuff happens. We're now moving forward and will be pootling along again soon enough.
Whilst your thoughts and comments are always welcome, please bear in mind that Andy is a decent human being, whose pretty distraught at what's happened. I'm affected, but I bear him no malice, and would appreciate it if your comments didn't either. Whatever your view, being nasty isn't helpful.
Thanks
Tim
Wargames, Soldiers & Strategy have very kindly been compiling a list of the companies affected by the Tradestands server fail. It contains alternative contact information should you need to get in touch with the companies in question.
Several dozen wargaming companies are affected by a server outage that seems likely to last for the next two weeks. We're keeping a list on the WSS website with alternative details if you want to place an extra order in this undoubtedly challenging time: https://www.karwansaraypublishers.com/blogs/wss-blog/server-down-websites-out
Please do let us know if we missed anyone or there are alternative contact details so we can update the list. Obviously, we hope to be able to take it down very soon!
Whilst the main shop is missing in action, may I direct you to my outposts.
Ebay shop https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/miniatureheroes
Etsy Shop https://miniatureheroesuk.etsy.com
Only a fraction of the ranges but there might be something you see that is of interest.
Thanks

MiniatureHeroesuk - Etsy Shop The One Stop Online Mini Shop by MiniatureHeroesuk located in Bishop's Stortford, United Kingdom. Speedy replies! Has a history of replying to messages quickly.
I was wondering where it had gone ?
The MH online shop has currently left the building and it could be a while before it returns.
I've only just found out myself having read Hasslefree Miniatures post on the subject as they are affected too. We're all on the Tradestands server, and that has died apparently. Other businesses will also be affected so expect to see similar posts to this.
It's bad, but as I have had no direct communication from Andy of Tradestands, I don't know the full extent. It would also appear that Andy is off on a cruise right now, so I don't think there will be a lot he can do until he returns.
As the website is down, so it my business email. If you want to contact me, please either use FB messanger or [email protected].
I have paper copies of existing orders and these will be going out as normal. I also have Etsy and Ebay shops, though they only carry a fraction of the shop's inventory, and you can't pre-order.
But I'm still here. I might only have one wheel on the wagon, but I'm still rolling along.
I'll update as and when I know more.
Tim
