Life Defence is a lightweight, non pore blocking Moisturiser with a broad spectrum UVA & UVB protection. It comes in SPF30 & SPF50 and is suitable for all skin types. Reapply during the day as usual if you get wet or are in the sun all day.

I often get asked about what order people should use their products & how often so here’s a rough guide - obviously different skin types might need for slightly different but please do get in touch when your products arrive if you need advice on how to use

Cleanser - every morning & night
Yes even if you don’t wear make up! You touch your face on average about 700 times a day & just imagine how much bacteria you transfer from your hands to your face each time you do this along with pollution, dirt & grime

Mask or Scrub - once or twice a week depending on your skin

Toner - every morning & night
People often skip this step but it is an important one - cleansers get rid of around 60% of make up & dirt, a toner gets rid of the other 40% still lingering in your pores so it really will help you have clearer more even skin

Serum - ideally every morning & night
(if you prefer, just once a day would be ok but it does need to be everyday to get the full benefit of using one

Eye Cream - ideally every morning & night
(Again if you prefer once a day would be ok)

Neck Cream - ideally every morning & night
(Again if you prefer once a day would be ok)

Moisturiser - every morning & night
Use a specific night time moisturiser on a night like Repose - night creams are much richer than day creams & repair your skin while you sleep

SPF - every single day of the year!
Life Defence spf 30 & 50 also protects against damage from pollution, free radicals & blue light damage from screens so even if you aren’t going outside it is still protecting your skin

Facial Oil - once a week or as often as your skin needs, some people use a facial oil every day!
A facial oil is great to apply if you are having a make up free day or apply on an evening
