Noticing the difference between the two...
One is pure, untouchable, from the heart, and dwells deep within.
The other is short lived, runs out, and often falls victim to the exact polar opposite emotion of sadness.
Heaps of excitement is triggered at this time of year, with very clever marketing, children especially being drawn in, and tremendous amounts of pressure to have a brilliant day.
Try to allow the excitement to pass through you (calm down) and transfer this feeling inwards to a play of Joy. Joy, Love and Peace towards the things that truly matter around f this time of year. You know what I’m talking about 😊

I’m Honestly Fed Up With All The Bad News, So I Illustrated 50 Of The Best Ones From 2019 We are often bombarded with fear-mongering and shocking headlines that make us feel that the world is falling apart. However, while it’s important to report on problems and issues, I believe there is so much good in this world that it needs to be found and promoted just as widely.

> THE GRATEFUL DIARY - you can start by writing your first 3 in the comments below ⬇️ but what I'd like to teach you is to find a gratitude pen pal you can text daily your 3 grateful things, and hold each other accountable to keep it up back and fourth. This exercise MOVES MOUNTAINS. Day 4, you start to feel and notice serious shifts with yourself, your attitude, your surroundings, you begin to attract gifts and great news... I've just started doing this (thank you Holly!) and we're bragging about it!
> 'NAIKAN' = the Japanese spiritual practice of healing with reflection. Answer 3 questions to change your outlook on Life, Love or Relationships:
1) What have I received ?
2) What have I given ?
3) What troubles and difficulties have I caused ?
The first two questions can link directly with the 5 Love languages to help you with answers:
• Quality Time
• Acts Of Service
• Words (special quotes, compliments etc)
• Touch
• Gifts
Question 3 is not an opportunity to beat yourself up. Keep your thoughts light; this is designed to help us understand the ripple effect we have with our actions.

Have you ever experienced the 'Spiritual Light Bulb' moment? 💡✨⚡️
( Also known as a 'Shift' )
And if so, how many times?
Count 10 of these. You'll feel a whole lot better, I promise. (She says after toddler wakes in cot at midnight, just as I'm about to take my tired ass to bed... this helped!)
✨ THE CHOOSE AGAIN METHOD ✨ This is a grand teaching, and here are my tips and tricks to put it into action:
STEP 1) Notice when you feel unhappy or angry - not easy to begin with. That’s why we get ‘carried away with our emotions’ because we haven’t recognised we’re feeling that feeling yet.
Example = when we hurt people’s feelings by saying or shouting something we genuinely don’t mean or feel deep down. We’re caught up in the emotion of (usually) anger.
However, there comes a point when you’re so interested in not being that person anymore, and you begin to recognise when you’ve behaved this way 🤔 💭
🔹It’ll start by recognising this AFTER the event has happened and you’ve had some quiet time to self reflect.
🔹Then you’ll recognise this sudden change in mood halfway through this thought / action /discussion / argument.
🔹THEN eventually, you’ll be starting to master this self recognition stuff, and you’ll feel it bubble up inside you BEFORE you take action.
STEP 2) Forgive yourself. Sounds corny... but please understand that it’s very normal to get carried away with emotions. We’re all wired this way. Even the most introvert and calm characters can completely lose their sh*t. The forgiveness will eradicate the GUILT. And we don’t need your emotions to fly off in another direction. Let’s move to the solution now.
STEP 3) Choose again - now you’re empowered with this realisation and recognition in your behaviour, make a firm decision. CUT RIGHT TO THE POINT, which is, “I don’t want to feel this way anymore.” 👌🏼
STEP 4) Do the right thing - if you’re alone in this exercise, meaning you were self sabotaging with depressive thoughts, then you’ll NOW need to go and do the actions that you know make you happy (going for a walk, sport, driving whilst listening to music, audio book, seeing a friend etc etc) ((know you’re happy tools - I’ll teach you more about this in another post))
If you were in the company of another person/people when you flew off in the mist of emotions 😤😭 then perhaps an apology might come naturally to you, and/or doing the above actions.
An apology needs to come from your purest place, the heart ♥️ It’s not an apology if you’re expecting an apology in return. Because in essence you’re thinking “I’ll only be ok if YOU do the right thing.”

Who needs to book a photographer when you can beg your hubby to use his ‘portrait’ mode on his phone 📲 😅 Fun photoshoot getting piccies for my website (nearly ready to launch 🚀 !) This was my favourite today. It reminds me of my modelling days with my expression. But this was natural, me, bit rough around the edges, mother earthy. A moment I was hoping would be captured 📸 👌🏼 🌳

💔❤️Do you know the 5 Love Languages?❤️💔
Being in any relationship requires work to bring balance ⚖️ The 5 Love Languages is a REALLY helpful tool to give you the “ah-ha” understanding, power to choose how to help your partner to be happy, and ultimately leading to your happiness too! (Especially if they know your love language as well! 😉)
You will be dominant in 1 of these, but you may resonate with all of them.
(With new relationships we tick all these boxes for each other, but our preferences develop with time and experience.)
Have a read below, and take your time with choosing and feeling into which one that speaks strongly to your heart, desires, and satisfaction.
Out of these five, each of you has a primary love language which speaks more deeply to you than all the others. Discovering each other’s language and speaking
it regularly is the best way to keep love alive in a marriage or relationship.
HELPFUL TIP: Which of these do you find doing lots for your partner, but is quite hurtful when unnoticed?
l. Words Of Affirmation – using words to build up the other person, such as gratefulness and compliments. “Thanks for
doing the washing up.” “You look really great in the colour green.”
2. Gifts – a gift says, ‘he/she was thinking about me in that moment of time.’
3. Acts of Service – doing something for your partner that you know they would like. Cooking a meal, washing up, vacuuming floors; all are acts of service.
4. Quality Time – by which I mean, giving your partner your undivided attention. Taking a walk together or sitting on the couch with the TV off – talking and listening.
5. Physical Touch – holding hands, hugging, kissing, s*x, are all
expressions of love.

Spontaneous trip to the Natural History Museum, I had no idea there was an exhibition with the MOON! 🌚🌝 O felt overcome with emotion when I walked in! It’s fabulous! This ginormous Moon suspended from the ceiling with some fab relaxing astral music playing 🥺🖤🎶 got me right in the feels!!
I’ve also been ‘working’ on synchronising my flow cycle with a full moon ❣️ I’ll be teaching a healing module on this soon for my healing membership. Perhaps this was a sign I need to get cracking with writing the material! ✍🏻 🌕🌖🌗🌘🌑🌒🌓🌔🌈 Sending you love # # #

Pip’s Story
Married at 22, bumping through careers from Media to Modelling, travelling, then finally landing on a Spiritual path that shook my SOUL...! Give me your most advanced woo woo claim and I simply sit like a captured child at story time.
I laced my way through various beautiful trainings such as Yoga Teacher, Pregnancy Yoga, Teen Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Reiki, Dowsing, Angel Communication, Spirit Ju**ie Masterclass, and embodied this all in whichever classes or private coaching I gave people. I find this wonderful continuous blushing feedback of “we want more more more of Pip!” “Give us our ‘Pip Fix!” which although sounds fabulous, it frightened me too.
Somewhere amongst this feeling and continuous rhythm, I fell pregnant with our first child, and birthed him via emergency c-section in hospital from a convinced ‘don’t touch me’ Spiritual homebirth mindset... this was the start of my trauma.
After 1 year of an overwhelmingly beautiful and fearful concoction of new motherhood, my husband of 14 years decided he’d had enough, and wanted a divorce. My new low. That place of deep heartbreak, breastfeeding and smiling to my baby, whilst dying inside and crumbling from all corners.
