We are happy to announce that The DVSA booking system is open on the 7th September with another round of bookings. We have been very successful in booking all of our candidates a test and welcome next weeks bookings.
We would like to thank all of our customers for their continued support and patience as we endeavour to deliver our promises to all of our wonderful course candidates. From our staff to our instructors - we really are super grateful for the continuous efforts to bring so much joy to our community! We also welcome Freya as a valued team member who is going to be a great asset to the team!
We would like to inform all of our customers that the DVSA have just released a press release informing the industry that last Friday just under one million people have tried to book their test. The website went down as a consequence.
Tomorrow at 8 am they are opening up the website again with a queue system. We will be contacting all students this evening to discuss test options to best secure the test date for courses. Please call 0800 112 3515 if you have a course with ourselves and you are awaiting your test appointment to discuss your options with your test date.
We want to reassure all of our customers that we are working around the clock to secure tests and provide the best service we can with the short term constraints we are facing. We have recruited more team members and will work with our customers to get that licence.
We thank all of you for your continued support and understanding during these unprecedented times.
We are waiting with baited to breathe to resume tests for candidates. Please keep a lookout for this page for future up-dates on your driving tests. The DVSA website has crashed today and again, are awaiting further up-dates when the test booking site will be working again in due course. Please keep up-to-date with your driving and find us on YouTube for driving tutorials and test routes.
It’s great to be back - not long now until the booking system for the general public opens up! Please be advised take your theory test certificate with you alongside your driving licence. This old practice is now coming back in. Safe driving!
