🎉 This week, let’s give a huge shoutout to the incredible Lynn!
Lynn has been absolutely smashing our Plank Challenge, and in doing so, she’s proving to herself just how strong she really is.
Her determination and consistency have been truly inspiring to watch.
Lynn really doubted herself at the start but she truly is stronger than she thinks she is! She’s using the Plank Challenge not just as a physical test, but as a way to reconnect with herself and our community. And we couldn’t be prouder!
Lynn, your commitment and perseverance are truly commendable and we’re so excited to see you continue to grow and thrive.

This time last week we were hiking 🥾 around the Peak District doing our final practice before the Edale Skyline Challenge ⛰️ eeeek! Not long now team!
We are more than “fitness classes”, we’re a family who love pushing ourselves, exploring new challenges, and supporting each other along the way - whether that be climbing a mountain or in an online class.
With the Edale Skyline Challenge coming up fast, it’s great to see how far we’ve come together.

9 months later and I am one stone heavier (first 2 pictures) and feeling a million times stronger, more energised, powerful and confident in my own skin, I’ve never felt better 🌟
The journey wasn’t easy, but every challenge I faced helped me grow, in more ways than one 💪🏻
I’ve been asked a few times, “are you going any big challenges or marathons again this year?”
Believe me, this tops them all! Biggest challenge yet 😅 give me a marathon any day!
But, if something isn’t serving you, you let that sh*t go.
For me, being a low but still “healthy” BMI, 9 months ago and not realising things weren’t okay in my body ➡️ finding out about 6 months ago that my body wasn’t happy ➡️ now, heaviest I’ve ever been, highest and still healthy BMI range (if you can even trust BMI… don’t get me started) but the strongest and healthiest 🌟 AND ACTUALLY FEELING LIKE A WOMAN 💃 things are good 😊
I hope by sharing my journey, this helps someone today.

From a very young age, jumping around in my Spice Girl pyjamas making a new routine to "I'm a Barbie Girl", I've always had a passion for moving and keeping active.
I am a group exercise instructor based in Nottingham teaching a variety of classes all over! I have fallen head-over-heels in love with the Les Mills programmes (BodyAttack being my personal favourite).
I love Group Exercise, the way it changes lives and brings people from all backgrounds together in one space enjoying getting fit together.
Yes, fitness is fun and it is my mission to get as many people moving as I can!
