I didn’t manage to get a video of this extraction 😩 because I really had to focus. It was a hard stubborn blackhead!

You can see the before, during and after. On the second slide you can see what I managed to remove overall 😬

I love extractions like these, it is extremely satisfying for me. I’m not weird I just love what I do 😂

Are you drinking enough water a day?

We should be drinking an average of 2-3 litres a day if possible 😬.

Now i’m not going to lie but the toilet trips will seem never ending 😂. However the benefits that we get from water outweigh that small inconvenience lool.
