Communicating clearly and effectively one’s needs can only make way for bespoke support and knowledge.

Indeed, pushing yourself out of your comfort zone is a great way to develop personally and professionally.
Therefore, the new responsibilities you will take on will help you, gain new skills, increase your knowledge and grow in confidence.

It will be challenging at times and that’s the point. What is challenging promotes growth and makes you stronger.

We strengthen our resilience/mental muscle every time we choose to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.

Why having a support network/team crucial to our development?

Developing oneself is to consciously improve in various aspects/areas of one's life.

GOING THE EXTRA MILE🏆

One of the many things I’ve learnt throughout my teaching career is that if I wanted to get more and/or go further, I would have to do more in a smart way.

Therefore, I decided to apply one of Napoleon Hill’s principles which consists of going the extra mile. I quickly understood that developing myself was the best way to add value to myself and also to the Young Souls I was given the opportunity to teach and guide.

Since then, I've been constantly and consciously stepping outside of my comfort zone in the pursuit of the greater teacher/coach that lies within.
I know that going the extra mile does not only benefit us educators but also the generation(s) in our care.

Why students' engagement in lesson important.

Well, this shows that the content of our lesson and the energy we have when teaching stimulate and captivate them.

Students who are engaged are going through a process of growth.

Keep them stimulated and captivated and the outcome will be phenomenal.

Pay attention to the words you say. They might either spell negativity or spark joy.

Take some time to be with yourself and give your SELF the time it needs to BE and FEEL whole.
