𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗣 𝗦𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗠𝗬 𝗧𝗥𝗫 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗜𝗢!

The studio where I run TRX from is in financial difficulties and its doors could close so we have started a fundraiser to save it. We have a long term strategy to grow the studio and this short term fundraiser is vital to get there.

TRX QUALIFICATIONS COMPLETED ✅✅

In the UK you can get 7 trx qualifications and I now have ALL of them finishing on the AGTC which is the advanced course.

So I am very happy to take trx coaching to the highest level for my clients and classes!

NEW UPDATES

Firstly apologies as I haven't been posting as regularly on here but that now is all going to change. There are lots and LOTS of new exciting things happening including a new website and training opportunities.

I am also lucky to be featured in the Metro online every Saturday with 20 minute workouts which I shall start posting here over the coming days.

Huge congrats to my client Dave who won his golf championship tournament. For the past few months we have been working on golf specific training to help increase his speed and distance of his swing.

We also focused on areas of the body that were tight and restricted great technique of all golf aspects. So working on these meant a huge improvement in his game and the eventual championship victory.

Very proud PT and well done again Dave!
