Men only, Ladies only, Kids and Teenager group classes. 1:1 and duets in equipment studio. Body Control Pilates certified teacher with 16 years experience.
We learn the Pilates matwork repertoire so that you can practice these exercises at home daily or several times a week. You do not have to take an hour to do this. We believe several 10 -15 mins sessions are as productive than one big workout.
We offer group mat classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings, Tuesday and Friday mornings. Let us know if you want to try a class or would like more information.

We are so delighted to have Kevin join our teaching team at Loving Pilates! Kevin has been working in rehabilitation centres and physiotherapy clinics for many years. He brings a wealth of expertise to our clients.
Kevin discovered Pilates after a back injury in his early 30s, crediting it with saving him from surgery and launching his career.
Kevin's mission is to help others maintain strength and mobility, as Pilates did for him. He believes strongly that Pilates is beneficial for everyone, regardless of age or physical ability.
You will find Kevin teaching reformer and mat fusion classes over the summer holidays as well as 1:1 sessions. Get in touch if you would like to book into a class!
