I upcycle old and vintage pieces found at car boot sales, auctions and reclamation yards from around Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. These interesting pieces are then turned into light features along with other decorative items.

We’ve had lots of new followers over the last few weeks so I thought I’d tell you a bit about who we are 😊!
Art & Soul opened in September 2020, we have a shop in Beverley, East Yorkshire and an online store, and we sell a gorgeous range of art and gifts.
During this lockdown we reached the amazing milestone of having 100 artists selling with us 👏🥳🌟! We opened with 35 artists so are delighted to now have over 100, especially as we have had to contend with being closed twice.
It’s brilliant working with so many artists...but multiply every task by 100...let’s say it takes a bit of time 🤣💯!

‘Lemons’ is one of The Northern PRINTcesses most popular prints 🥰.
Catherine is the name behind The Northern PRINTcess, she is printmaker with a background in Product Design and Graphics. Catherine specialises primarily in lino printing creating a range of original and handmade prints. Her work draws inspiration from a wide and varied range of interests which includes British wildlife, travelling and bold designs which demonstrate influences from her graphics background. Catherine produces both limited and open edition lino prints, offering a variety of affordable artwork.
