🧱⚒️ Here's a living room and dining room area that we have fully boarded from floor to ceiling. The old plaster and render wasn't in a good state so we re boarded from scratch ⚒️.

Here's a damp proofing job we have finished. We used a tanking slurry system and also a dpc injection for this one. We also installed insulated plasterboard to the external window wall to increase the thermal efficiency as this was a cold area. A vent will be added to the chimney breast wall so there is air circulation in the chimney.

This area had damp issues mostly because the external ground level was higher towards the end of the house. We damp proofed the external wall using a tanking slurry and also tanked the floor. We also added a vent for air circulation. Drainage is also going to be installed outside to help divert any water away.

Here's a over skimming job we have finished lately.

Here we have repaired a partly blown pebble dashed area.This was due to the previous backing coat not adhering to the wall properly and moisture getting in.The customer didn't want to go all the way to the end as the rest was in a solid state.We cut a line up behind the downpipe to hide the joint as you will always see the joint when patching in with pebble dash. We primed the wall and added mesh to reinforce and strengthen the area. 👌

Our customer wanted to add a different look to this stone wall, we used a lime mix and created a feature wall to add to the character of the property. A custom made timber windowsill is to be added to the middle at a later date, the perfect finish 👌

Here's a damp proofing job we carried out recently. We applied a damp proofing tanking treatment to the two walls and added a vent to allow airflow.

Well after a very very busy and challenging past couple of months we are starting to catch up and get back on track. This job we finished through Christmas and partway through January was one of my favourites of late. This property set in the beautiful lakes area near grizedale was suffering from damp and some condensation. We tanked (Damp Course) the kitchen area and added ventilation to allow this old property to breathe. We kept the shape of the walls to keep the character of the building.

After converting this old bathroom into the new hallway in this bungalow, one of our repeat customers asked us to board and plastered for a perfect finish.

Here is a job we've completed lately, we damp proofed the walls and added thermal plaster and insulated board to the window area to increase the thermal efficiency.

Sorry we've been quiet lately, we've been really busy with all our jobs leading up to the festive period. Here's a job we've completed lately. Moisture boards in the bathroom ready for tiling, boarded and skimmed the ceiling and walls required also. In the bedroom we over skimmed the walls keeping the corners rounded for character as requested by the customer.👌

🛠️ Fire place opened up with a lintel installed so the customer had a blank canvas to decide if they wanted to install a log burner. We also installed a damp proof course which involved a DPC injection and Tanking slurry due to customers preference. 👍👌

Here's a few smaller jobs we've done recently. Coloured render inside a fire place, a small toilet area skimmed and a basement external wall that we've tanked and added a thermal breathable plaster roughcast finish as they are using the room as storage.

This customer wanted to add a different feature finish to the white render but keeping the white colour. We used polar white dashing. (The window frame and reveals are getting painted silver at a later date. )

⚒️This extension's pebble dashing had blown and the customer wanted to update it to prevent any possible water ingress that could occur. We knocked off the current dashing and re applied a new pebble dash finish 👌

💪A conservatory update for this customer. They wanted to plaster the walls and make this area a warmer room so we installed insulated plasterboard and applied a skim finish. 🌡️👌

This garage had rain water running into the garage through the defected exterior walls and part of which was higher ground. We repaired the defected areas and also applied a sand and cement base coat followed by two coats of tanking slurry and a fillet to the base of the property which we then tanked and added a further sand and cement top coat.

There will be some drainage added at a later date to help divert water away.

We also installed a vent to allow one of the rooms which had the boiler in to breath as this was suffering from lack of ventilation.

⚒️This customer wanted off with the old cracked dated render and restoring to its original stone self. We removed the defective render and re-pointed with a lime mortar mix and kept the brick effect around the windows as a feature. We finished off with a breathable waterproof coating finish. 🧱👌

💪The kitchen is finally completed that we carried out a few months ago. Looking really well!👏👏
