Our Story
We are a small family-run business based in Gloucester and have been landlords for nearly 20 years. We are not letting agents and do not charge fees. Having had our own experience with children at university, we think we know the standards that students are entitled to expect and work closely with Gloucester City Councilβs Environmental Health Department and under their Licensing and Fit to Rent schemes. We are a registered member of the National Landlords Association. We have students on vocational courses as well as at our local universities and colleges.
All the houses have recently been refurbished and improved with fully furnished study rooms, gas central heating and modernised kitchens and bathrooms. In addition to our own houses we also manage other properties.
