Hey lovely people, just wanted to write a quick message to say I'm continuing to take a break from teaching for a while. A few things are pulling me in different directions and I need to come back to teaching when I am fully focused on it. Sending lots of love and hoping to be back soon ππ₯°π

Slowly starting to move back on to my mat. My body has not wanted to move much over the past few weeks so I've been doing lots of gentle seated stretches, breathing practices and gradually bringing myself back down onto the ground.
I'm so sorry I've had to cancel my classes for a little while but I'll be back shortly. Thanks to those who had booked in and for being so understanding and to Westbourne Hall for being amazing too.
I have felt all over the place, that's the only way to describe it. The other word that comes to mind is floopy π as Phoebe described it, but I'm starting to feel more like myself, more un-floopy π.

So this week, me, hubby and the girls have all tested positive for covid (our son somehow managed to escape so he's keeping his distance π).
I've honestly never felt so poorly, it's really knocked me off my feet, just so glad the girls seem to be ok.
I'm isolating until the end of next week and taking some time to get back on my feet, rest and recover. I've cancelled my class o 5th November and I've been in touch with everyone who is booked on.
All being well I'll be back on 12th November π₯°

Hi everyone, with the restrictions still in place it's not going to be possible for me to return to Friday yoga at the moment. We will still need 2m between mats and I don't feel we can safely fit many in to our lovely room π’. I'm going to pause over the summer as everyone, including me, has their kids off school, and then hopefully I'll be back with lots of lovely new lessons in September. So sorry, it's not the news I was hoping for and it feels like an eternity since we I saw many of you face to face, I hope you are all well, sending you all lots of love ππ₯°

I'm excited to begin planning for our return to Feelgood Friday yoga - providing restrictions allow - and I'm aiming for a return date of Friday 25th June at 9.30am at Westbourne Hall πβΊπ₯°π. I'm keeping everything crossed that it can happen. π€

The only thing that will be a bit different will be that I will no longer be able to provide mats or blankets so do remember to bring your own.

It has been a little over a year since I saw most of you and I am really looking forward to the day we can return to face to face classes. Hope you are all well, happy and looking forward to some brighter days ahead. I'm coming out of a long winter of homeschooling and building work in the house so I am trying to now carve some time out to plan some classes and really get stuck into an amazing anatomy course I've been doing during lockdown.
I've been thinking ahead a little and planning returning to teaching. Would you be interested in going back to our Friday morning slot for Feelgood Friday classesβ€ππ ? If you have any thoughts or suggestions feel free to get in touch.
I'm also hoping to offer a new recorded class soon with a focus on yoga for running in particular. Again, any other suggestions are very welcome.
