Welcome to all the new followers on my page 💗

I’m going to be 45 in a couple of days and I feel very grateful to be alive 😊

I thought I’d share a few things about me.

1. I was born in Wembley and raised in Hertfordshire, I come from a large Irish family ☘️

2. I changed career about 9 years ago to do holistic facial treatments, I now also work on the body using Gua Sha, it has not been easy changing career and I have had a lot of set backs but it’s still one of the best things I ever did.

3. I have 22 nieces and nephews and there’s more on the way, I’ve probably got the number wrong! and I am 1 of 6 siblings too, family gatherings are noisy 😆

4. I find happiness being with people who make me laugh, and I enjoy deep and meaningful conversations. I am very interested in people and probably ask too many questions 😳

5. I got diagnosed with Hashimoto's (thyroid disease) at 21 years old and manage my symptoms with natural remedies and NDT. I appreciate how my health issues have led me down a healing path and I manage it well.

6. I love kids and wanted my own but it didn’t work out. Sometimes people assume it was my choice and I get hurtful comments about it.

7. I have a Textile Design degree which I have never used, my first proper job was for Land Rover, designing their branded clothing LOL then I moved to Marks & Spencer to work in their buying department.

8. I love nature and live near a nature reserve. It is where I find my peace!

9.I also love to travel and have many more countries I would like to visit.

10. My favourite sound is the sound of the sea 🌊

2022 has a special significance. The number 2 represents "the second ray of love and wisdom" in esoteric wisdom teachings. 💚
In numerology it means "hope is ahead" ☯️

Something I have learned is that we need to be more open to information that may challenge our side and make sure we are not denying uncomfortable facts 🤗

This year I am going to be kinder to strangers and give them a smile or hello because connection drives away conflict and fear, it feels so good because connection is our natural state, beneath the illusion of ego-separateness.
