It’s been an absolutely massive week of work. I am tired. I am happy. I am grateful. Each and every class has been buzzing, big, tough, busy and fun. I am forever grateful to the women who come back time and time again. Every session brings me such joy. It truly is a wonderous thing to feel supported and appreciated when you’re tired and working hard for your family. These girls give me that and so much more and I am deeply grateful to them. Time for a restful weekend girls! You’ve well and truly earned it 🌟

What a brilliantly ginormous couple of weeks of booters. A full schedule last week. 7 sessions. Another large one this week of 6 sessions. All buzzing with keen, happy, enthusiastic, gorgeous, friendly women ready to put their bit in for themselves whilst uplifting others. I love this team. The weather hit us all hard this morning. Me included. Primarily me actually. I really struggled today. But they all rallied round and pulled ME out of the doldrums. Now, I’m back to buzzing for tomorrows final sesh of the week. 6am Friday funday. I love this class. I love them all! Thanks for the endless commitment to both me and yourselves, girls. You’re very inspirational 🫶🏼
Still got my grind on a few times whilst away 💪🏼💪🏼☀️🌴 you can never beat an EMOM. They’re just the best for a short, sharp, effective sesh. I did everything with a set of 12kg dumbbells and a slam ball. Finished off with a treadmill sprint. 9 exercises. One min rest between 4 rounds. 40mins and done! ✔️ Back to the pool 😎
Squats/Deadlifts/Front Squats/Rows/Bicep Curls/Sit Ups/Slams/Kossack Squats/Sprint…. Try it!x

BEETROOT = GOOD SQUATS?
We love listening to podcast (thanks for the recommendation 😍) and we revisited an episode yesterday which highlighted the benefits of Beetroot juice, have a listen to find out the details but Beetroot has nitrates meaning they boost our body’s levels of nitric oxide – could this mean it helps us with our squats?! Well, we are not juicing it today, but we are going to have our seasonal bowl as a ‘Purple bowl’ with our lovely local Beetroot three ways – Roasted, made into a dressing and the gorgeous candy coloured Chioggia sliced. Becks is going to put this to the test and see if it helps her squats at the amazing beach side boot camp with tomorrow – if you haven’t tried Sozzy’s bootcamp you are missing out – who knew workouts could be SO MUCH FUN 💪🩵🔥 great instruction, awesome supportive superwomen and a beachside location.
