Call-out for participants for an exciting theatre and environmental project based in Devon.
Using art and theatre to communicate their message, Troubadour Theatre Company, Plastic Free North Devon and Devon Wildlife Trust’s Wembury Marine Centre are collaborating to deliver a nature-themed play set in the pools of Devon's rocky shores. Our audience will experience the challenges facing the creatures that call these places home and hear a 'call to action' to act on their behalf. The show will be staged in various locations around Devon.
We are keen to involve a wide range of people and are particularly interested to work with people who are willing to be involved in all aspects of the production. We are particularly seeking people to contribute in the following ways but do not see these roles as being exclusive – we are also interested to hear from anyone else who feels they would like to be involved:
• Actors – we are looking for people who enjoy working as an ensemble and who are willing to participate in all aspects of the production. There will be an audition process for the main cast and we will offer opportunities to young, less experienced and emerging actors too.
• Environmentalists who would like to contribute and advise as we progress – and may enjoy being involved in other aspects.
• Set designers and creators

Our arts group for children with additional needs, their siblings and others has gone on to Zoom - so we have more spaces right now!
Starlings has gone back onto Zoom on Thursday afternoons and we have space for others to join so do let us know if you would like to join in - this term we are thinking about the Senses and linking that to Festival Days and the slow appearance of Spring!
