Spent an hour on the phone Friday with a faulty meter - "we will send an engineer within the next 4 hours". No show & I even gave them my mobile number.

So we spent another hour on the phone yesterday - "we will send an engineer within the next 4 hours".
- STILL NO SHOW.

Oh well, looks like it will be another hour wasted on the phone today!
