Kitchen Project finally completed in Eaglescliffe…

Months and Months of Hard Work / Stress / Late Nights and Weekends on this Massive Project… And was it worth it ? Absolutely 😍

The Kitchen you see now was a Poorly Built Extension consisting of a much smaller Kitchen , a Guest Room and Hallway leading into another two Bedrooms… We’ve knocked through removing the Guest Room and Hallway to create a Massive Kitchen Space with Open Hallway leading to two Guest Bedrooms… Steels were installed to support the Roof Joists , Kitchen Window removed… Steel Installed and Anthracite Bi Fold Doors fitted… We’ve raised the Subfloor due to it being an inch lower to the original building… Re Boarded and Insulated the Roof Space… New Fascia Boards and Guttering outside… And creating a Step down from the Bi-Fold…

In the Kitchen we’ve not only used two tones of Colour… Regiment Green & Dove Grey , we’ve also used two styles of Kitchen combining Remo Handless with Porter Handless and Champagne Coloured Aluminium Strips… Quartz not only encompasses the Island but we’ve also taken it up the Wall under the Wall Units to give it a seamless finish… Pull Out Units… Pull Out Bin… Bespoke Pantry… All the Bells & Whistles 🤪

We’ve also installed Dimmable Spotlights to the Ceiling and Dimmable LED Strip Lighting to the Under Side of the Wall Units… on the Plinths and above the Units behind the Cornice all these are individually controlled letting the Customer set the Lighting as desired…

Anthracite Radiators with Hive controlled Thermastats installed throughout…

Kardean Parquet Flooring fitted through the Kitchen / Dining Room / Computer Room and two Hallways ( 5000 individual blocks 🤨 )

Neff Appliances throughout including a Cooker Hood which raises from the Worktop behind the Hob and is ducting through the Floor…

Quooker Boiling Hot Water Tap which also includes a Water Hardener / Filtered Water and Fizzy Water 💦

We’ve also built Alcove Units with Floating Shelves with LED Lighting and converted the Old Chimney Breast to have an Electric Fire and Wall Mounted TV….
