Our story
About Beth Wood
I am a self taught artist and like my mother and grandfather before me, have developed my own style, I grew up in Oxfordshire and more recently settled in Dorset with my life long partner and our two dogs. I have travelled over the years and photographed my own reference material which are used to create some of my work.
I enjoy creating photo realism landscapes, using traditional methods and the finest materials, my artwork is built in layers creating realism and depth in each painting, I use both acrylic and oil to produce my work.
I am an animal lover and if I could would have many pets. Painting your well loved and cherished pets and my own have always given me pleasure in painting, I like to bring out the character and with the finest detail create the most realistic painting of your beloved pets.
