What is a Women’s Circle?
⭕️ A Women’s Circle is a gathering created intentionally for women to gather.
⭕️ It is a non-judgmental space for women to talk and be listened to, to be really heard without anyone talking over them, interrupting or trying to add to their own feelings and emotions.
⭕️ a place to make friends and build community
⭕️a sacred space where there is no competition or expectation
⭕️ a place where you can take a break from all outside life pressures, to go inward, to reconnect with yourself.
And so much more
Come and join me in circle on:
Tuesday 24th Sept
7-9pm
In Knowl Hill, Berkshire
Limited to 10 women so there is plenty of time for everyone to share and be heard.

🔴 day 1 of my cycle today 🔴
You know when you feel so pent up that you can’t wait for your period to start to release the internal mental pressure? That’s where I’ve been at the last couple of days.
It feels so intense that even someone breathing too loud makes you want to break stuff 🤪
As soon as the bleed starts the inner calm slowly starts to return…phew!
I know why my inner autumn has been so intense…I’ve been too busy, started a lot of new things all at once, got the new van and didn’t rest enough!!
It’s time to get back on track, resting as much as possible today as tomorrow is busier.
Taking time to journal about my cycle also helps, i have neglected this practice recently but I’ve picked up the amazing period journal by today to re-start.
How do you help yourself with your cycle?
What helps you soothe the storm of pmt?
Come and join me on the mat this week
Tues 9.15 Gentle Yoga
10.45 yoga for Parkinson’s
Both in Holyport
Wednesday 6.15pm-7.15pm Pregnancy Yoga
Sunday 6pm-7pm Yin Yoga
The theme for the Yin and Gong evening I hosted with my amazingly talented sister last night was Winter ❄️
We focused on harnessing the slower energy of this season and turning inward.
January can be a time where the world feels like it needs to jump back into action but take a look outside at nature, it is still in hibernation mode, the energy is slow and withdrawn.
We are part of nature, at this time of year we should still naturally be in our own version of hibernation, moving at a slower pace, resting more and have our focus inward.
It was lovely to see everyone embracing this last night through the yin poses, each one slowing us down a little bit more for our final deep rest while being soothed by the hypnotising sound of the gong.
Thank you to all that came 🙏🏻 looking forward to running another one soon!
Absolutely love teaching in this gorgeous space 💖

Sundays for Yin Yoga - 6-7pm ( please note, 1 Sunday each month there is a gong and meditation session held by my talented sister )

Happy belated new year!! We have been in a bubble of germs over the new year but slowly on the mend now!
This is one of my favourite pics of 2023!! 💖 one of the absolute highlights for Myla and I has been meeting and discovering ecstatic dance.
It has given both Myla and i fun, laughs and healing at times when we needed it the most.
I have had some amazingly happy moments this year but have also had some s**t to deal with!
I met my Spirit animal ( yes I’m aware this sounds crazy) but she has provided me with the strength I very much needed.
She is now tattooed on my arm 🐺💖
I have learnt a lot and found my voice and a strength I didn’t know I had.
Thank you to all who have come to my classes, workshops, for massage and family yoga this year 🙏🏻 I appreciate all of you 🙏🏻
I have so many exciting things planned for 2024, can’t wait to see you all for more yoga and fun # # #

🩸poses for day 1-3🩸
Sorry I am a few days late posting this but here are the poses I use for the heavy days of my bleed.
I always avoid poses that would squash my belly and womb area, I wear comfy loose fitting trouser and use all the props!
1. Yoni mudra
This is the best time to sit in stillness and quiet.
Choose your comfiest way to sit use support of cushions if needed.
Using Yoni mudra with the hands placed over the womb space is a way to connect with and honour the womb and the bleed time.
Keep your awareness at the space under your hands and focus on your natural breath.
2. Childs pose
Have your big toes touching and take your knees wide being mindful of your knees.
Rest your body onto a bolster or a stack of cushions, making sure your belly is free.
3. Wide leg forward bend with head support
If you don’t have a bolster you can lean onto a chair.
You may want to have cushions under your knees.
Let your whole body relax and let you belly hang. Breathe.
4. Reclined butterfly pose
Use all the props!! Grab cushions and pillows, you can do this on the floor, sofa or even your bed.
If you have cramps this is a great one to do, get your hot water bottle rest it on your belly and just rest for as long as you have time for.
Next post will be how to move when the bleed calms down and you feel your energy start to slowly rise.
** sharing my personal yoga practice **
Over the next month I am going to be sharing with you my personal yoga practice that I use to support my own menstrual cycle.
From my day 1 🔴 I will share the poses, breathing exercises relaxations and affirmations I use that help me.
This will help give you a little insight into what tuning in with your cycle and adjusting your practice actually means.
See you for my day 1 very soon!!
*** 1-2-1 yoga availability***
I currently have 2 slots available to work with clients on a weekly 1-2-1 basis.
Benefits of a 1-2-1 session:
- 💯 focus on you and your needs
- a tailor made practice every time
- a great way to deepen and improve your practice
- can help prepare you for group classes
- you can focus on your own goals and needs.
- you can practice where you want, from your own home in person or online or from my cosy studio in Berkshire.

The full moon in Sagittarius is coming!!
This full moon is a marker for the first half of the year ending and is a great time to reflect on your year so far and start to think about what you want the next half to look like.
This time represents freedom, is there anything holding you back from achieving the life you imagine? Do you feel heard by the people around you? Are you in the right job/relationship/friendship group?
These are all things to reflect on at this time.
I have been journaling a lot over the last few days using the energy of the full moon to inspire me and I have discovered blocks in my life that are holding me back from thriving, mostly around my business progressing.
It may benefit you too to take some time over the next couple of days to pause and journal, here are some journal prompts that may help get you started..
How do you feel about the first half of your year?
Is there anything you want to change/let go of as you move forward?
Is anything holding you back right now?
What do you want your summer to look like?
Are there any loose ends that need that need tying up so you can move forward more easily without unfinished tasks/projects?
