Lunch and afternoon tea for a funeral in Whitsbury for a well loved gentleman.

Lovely little funeral wake in Whitsbury today. Always pleased when I go the extra mile to cater for a dietary requirement and the guests are over the moon.

Had the huge honour of catering for a celebration of life event. It was a truly special afternoon celebrating the life of a very special lady. Unfortunately my photos from the event are rubbish.

Drop off lunch, for a training day for the lovely people at Salisbury Hospice Charity . Cream scones, Dorset apple cake and chocolate cupcakes

A few canapes, dill and lemon scones with smoked salmon and cream cheese, Asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, potato rosti with goats cheese, pesto and pine nuts , and avocado and tomato. Mini Yorkshires with roast beef, horseradish and sausage and onion chutney.

A wonderful gathering of family and friends saying their farewells to a loved one. The family wanted to celebrate with a splash of colour so I opted for large sunny sunflowers. Certainly served a fair few drinks this very hot afternoon.

Salads was the name of the day this Saturday, did a drop off of salads and desserts for a lovely client who just ran out of time and an evening event where the client wanted salads to compliment their BBQ.
