After following at Hylands Estate Weddings, I knew exactly where to take Cat & Luke for their family portrait. Spring has most certainly sprung, and this little spot was perfect!

Emily & Ryan decided to take 5 minutes for just the two of them during their wedding at Layer Marney Tower, they drove around the countryside and had some quiet time together, such a nice idea. I captured some shots of them together as they walked back to their venue.

The beautiful thing about candid photography is it creates a much more natural & authentic image, without the faff of staging & taking away from those moments which happen naturally.

Before the clock strikes midnight, I just wanted to wish you all a Happy New Year. I've always loved the sentiment New Year's Eve brings, a time to reflect, to be grateful, a time to learn, a time to grow, but mostly a time to celebrate endings for they precede brand new beginnings.

As wedding season winds down and we head into winter, it brings me a huge amount of joy to look back at some of this year’s recent love stories.

What I love about my job? I get to see real life fairytales! Sophie + Liam at Fennes 😍

If a photo speaks a thousand words, you can imagine how moving it must be when couples receive their wedding photos.

Beth played some classical pieces on the piano at The Barn after their wedding meal, and her husband Ayan watched proudly from afar, with a tear in his eye. It's moments like these which truly captivate me 💜

A dedicated post to Hannah and her mum, I have the fortunate position of being able to capture some of the most important and intimate moments in someone's life. When I arrived to capture Hannah getting ready, she was so calm, so positive, I then found out her poor mum had been taken ill and spent the night in A&E, she delayed the ceremony hoping her mum would make it in time, she just about made it. Two incredibly strong and selfless woman, with a beautiful bond.
