Our next PTB walking day is now confirmed. On Sunday 20th February we’ll be taking a short drive to the Malvern Hills for some outdoor exercise over some lovely countryside.

You can either meet the group in Malvern or travel together from Birmingham/Solihull. All welcome and the walk is free. More details to follow on what to bring with you and what to expect. Hopefully you can make it. Let’s keep up our winter fitness

We’ll be back to live sessions in the new year when the days are longer and when it’s warmer. We’re sad to pause our workouts, but we know it’s the right decision and allows us to plan new and exciting outdoor sessions. The feedback from our team has been great and we’ll incorporate all comments into our future plans.

🔥Runway inspired team challenge! 🔥

Our bootcamp members had so much fun racing against each other in our cone relay race. Their heart beat was racing and our competitive members worked hard to win! 🏆

The goal is to use the dark cones to cover the illuminated orange cones to cover the runway lights, sound simple?

Here are the rules:

🚦Move as fast as you can
🚦Go go go!

We are loving our new venue , we have been there four weeks TODAY! Members welcome.

It was a very sweaty Saturday today at Push The Beat bootcamp! 💧

Plenty of squats, sprints, and slow lunges to activate the major muscles in the legs. Followed by a helping of core. Well done everyone, your hard work is paying off 🎉💯

The second Push The Beat trip Snowdonia to climb Mt. Snowdon was fantastic 🧗🏽‍♂️🥾💙

and led the group to the summit while taking in the amazing views.

12 walkers got together and climbed to the top as a team. Lorna, our walk leader, kept everyone informed on the route and highlighted any challenges in terrain on the way up.

There were various levels of experience in the group, one of the team on her first climb said “I thought it would be like the Lickey Hills” when faced with some unexpected challenges on the way, but thanks to one of the very experienced walkers, Colin, who guided her at a pace she was comfortable with she finished and enjoyed the day.

Here are the highlights from the day. Thank you to everyone who joined us to make it such a successful day.

📣 we’ve got some exciting news!

Our Bootcamp sessions are moving indoors for autumn and winter. We have found the perfect location, just three minutes away from our existing park location.

From Tuesday 5th October you’ll find us at Energie Fitness Sheldon () on Coventry Road. This local gym have two spaces perfect for training - The Yard and The Studio are designed specifically for group training. Combining these excellent facilities, with Push The Beat’s workouts, you will have the best time when you train.

More information will be available on the venue in the next few days. Capacity on all classes will be capped at 20, so please book via our website to avoid disappointment. All classes will take place at Energie!

If you are already a member at Energy Fitness, Sheldon, you will benefit from a reduced class fee. More information coming soon.

Very soon all the trees will start to shed their leaves, and we’ll be ready to help you shed your bad eating habits, poor exercise routines, and extra lockdown pounds.

If your super fit already or brand new to exercise, we are here for you. We’re most excited about more of our signature Bootcamp workouts.

Sometimes it’s fun to transform on your own, but we believe in the power of a team, a group of people who share the same vision, who want to feel and look good every day. Our members look out for each other and our coaches impart knowledge and ideas to keep your healthy, active, and fit.

This week we’ll be announcing our autumn plans - including the move to a brand new indoor venue! No more dark evenings, just pure high quality workouts in a perfect space, less than 5 minutes from our current outdoor park location.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Solihull, you were awesome - thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our first sports massage event was sensational and couldn’t have gone any better. We met some inspirational runners who took to the streets of Solihull to run 13.1 miles! Some runners took part in the first Solihull 10k.

Well done to all runners and a huge special congratulations to those who achieved a PB, those hills were tough. The Push The Beat team (.t.beat) warmed runners before the race, and helped them to stretch, unwind, and relax after the run.

The whole area was a vibe and we laughed, danced, and sang to the talented musicians. Mell square was buzzing, from the moment the first runner entered the event village until the last runner left.

During the event we treated over 100 runners to a massage before and after the race (.t.beat_massage). Our five therapists loved every second and tailored their treatments to each athlete. A huge thank you to Sabrina (), Chrissy (), Daun (), and Iain!

We can’t believe it either! Only three days to go until the Solihull Half Marathon and 10k.

From 7:30 AM we’ll be offering pre event massage to all runners, and when you’re back, we’ll be ready to help you stretch.

Our lead coach, Kyle, will also warm up the runners for both events

Our team is committed, energised, and motivated to keep fit! Despite the wet weather today, 10 of us took to Elmdon Park for a 60 minute Bootcamp session.

Today’s session included Tabata, interval training, teamwork drills, a warm up, core section, and some kettlebells.

It takes effort to get out of the house in weather like this, but our team did it because they know how good they’re going to feel after. When they sit down at the end of the day with a smile on their face, or they win the biggest loser challenge () 😜🙌🏼

The countdown is on!! Only 10 days until the Solihull Half Marathon.

Push The Beat are thrilled to announce that we have been selected to lead the warm up for the first ever Solihull half marathon and 10k. Our lead trainer will motivate runners with the best in pop, classic, and dance music before the race begins.

We will lead both warm ups for runners at 9am and 9:30am and provide pre and post event sports massage! Come down to Mell Square in Solihull to see us in action.

One of the elements of a Push The Beat bootcamp workout is circuit training. Including our signature .

Each station is marked out with a sign to explain the movement and options are available for all abilities. To make it easy to follow, the target muscles are also highlighted.

Circuits can be cardio focused, strength, plyometric or a mixture. This is a great way of training with endless variations, super fun too!

The first of many - Walking with Push The Beat 🥾💙

Yesterday some of our members joined the instructor team for an outdoor walk in Youlgreave, Derbyshire! It was fantastic! Thank you to everyone who attended and thank you to our walk leader

We walked over 9 miles and stopped to take in the scenery, chat, and have lunch in the sun. The views included waterfalls, stepping stops, fields, woods, and windy streets.

Outdoor activities like this will become a regular part of being a PTB member as we aim to promote an active lifestyle.

Our weekly workouts keep you fit, healthy, and active. Which then means the walks are enjoyable experiences and have the added benefits of community spirit.

We welcome everyone to save the date for our next walk on 17th and 18th September - without exception.
