Terms & Conditions
Due to the personalised and bespoke nature of my products, they are not eligible for return or refund unless an error has occurred on the part of Oh Wooden It Be Nice.
My photo blocks are made using a transfer process and what makes these items unique, is the ability to see the grain of the wood through the image. They are designed with a vintage finish to them so naturally will not be perfect, which I feel this adds to their beauty.
Orders usually take up to 1 week from payment to dispatch. During busy times, this lead time may be longer. You will be notified of the expected timescale on placing your order if it is going to be longer.
All of my items are for decorative or storage purposes only, they are no CE tested & therefore not intended to be used as toys.
Items should be checked for damage on receipt and reported within 7 days in order for me to consider and process the claim.

3 Protecting Information
We have strict security measures to protect Personal Data.
3.1 We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
3.2 We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
3.3 We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.
