It’s now been a few weeks since we completed on this two storey, two bedroom Anex extension. Here are some photos of it complete for you to see.

This job is one I’ve been doing myself over the last few Saturdays, I am glad it’s done because I didn’t really have time to do it with our current work load. Cleared away and regulated the ground area and erected 18 meter long fence across the back of 4 gardens.

Replaced an old un-secure, not very energy efficient roof window with a very secure, energy efficient roof window. That looks a lot better also.

Another kitchen renovation we carried out a couple of weeks ago. The customer did the flooring themselves, makes a great difference for the finish photos.

New UPVC door and glass side light supplied and fitted.

The latest project completed by the team. Completely plastered kitchen and lounge area, tiled kitchen diner floor area and fitted a Howdens kitchen.

These are the building plans for our current large extension/Annex we are building over in Solihull.

Recently completed this porch. Before and after pictures. Massively transformed the front of the property.

We are now looking for a 16–19-year-old that wants the opportunely to be taken on as an apprentice in bricklaying or potentially in another trade. We are offering full time employment as an apprentice. We will get you on a day release collage course where you will be paid to go to college and learn a trade over a two-year period. The collage course will start in September but we can take you on straight away.

We are also looking for a skilled individual that has experience in the building industry but doesn’t necessarily have to have certification, but can show some good experiences in different trades or trade.
This individual will also be expected to work alongside us and be able to drive. This job opening can be either on a self-employment basis or on an employment basis dependant on circumstances.

Really enjoyed doing this one. Master bedroom - Built an MDF media wall with an electric fire inset and incorporated wardrobes either side of it. A bit of Tudor panelling on the opposite wall. Finished off with some Artic oak click vinyl flooring done in herringbone. Nice white column rad fitted below the small bay window. All wood work painted with satinwood nutmeg white and plastered walls painted with diamond Matt grass green Dulux paint. All handles, switches and plugs in antique brass.

Warm deck roof put on this extension building with a 3 layer black torch on felt flat roofing system. New building regs applied to this one. Old roof stripped, 12mm OSB deck put on top of roof joist, vapour barrier sheet laid on top, 150mm foam insulation board put down, 12mm OSB deck then screwed down on top of insulation board with 200mm fixing, 3 layer felt system torched down and finally finished off with cladding around the sides.

Recently made some desk organisers for a year one school class for their desks, to keep their iPads, pencils and books in. 🏫 🖊️ 📖 🔨 🪚

A small build back job with recently completed over in Alvechurch. There’s no before picture but the customer tells us it looks just as it did before 😉
