The Saturday Supper Room
The Saturday Supper Room is an independant pop up restaurant held on the last Saturday of each month.
Bruschetta with heritage tomatoes and feta cheese, mushroom stroganoff with rice and a mountain of crispy onions, followed by Basque cheesecake, strawberries in syrup and double cream!
First Basque cheesecake I've ever made, it could do with being a bit more burnt on top but as it was my first one I followed the recipe to the letter! I will be a bit more daring next time.
