Starline offices in the centre of town came in response to user demands for a more convenient,totally reliable,secure way of finding a taxi. The offices are permanently staffed (yes permanently that's 24 hours a day, all year round}. Closed-circuit TV surveillance equipment is installed to scan the scene inside and outside of the premises, which adds to security for customers, once in the comfortable waiting room, where refreshments are available and the fully computerised system informs them when their taxi is ready.
