A new offer now available for invertebrate suspension feeding including the following live microalgal species: Nannochloropsis, Tetraselmis, Isochrysis plus the addition of the diatom Phaeodactylum. This is a great blend of species to offer to shellfish, copepods, and other reef filter feeders.

The Phyto Blend Live may be offered to reef tanks for broadcast feeding at a rate of 500ml per 1000L.

The Phyto Blend Live may be maintained and allowed to grow under normal microalgae growing conditions and fed with F2. The overall composition of the blend can be expected to alter with time and to maintain Phaeodactylum a silicate supplement will need to considered.
