WE ARE READY!!
Which one is missing and why??

When revising, make sure you’re challenging yourself and studying topics that you’re unfamiliar with. Don’t keep going over information you’re already comfortable with when you could be improving in other areas!
Study in a calm, peaceful environment with no distractions. Think about what usually distracts you and then make improvements for next time. This might be choosing a quieter time of day, or a less cluttered or busy workspace!
By avoiding screens during your revision, you’ll revise more effectively and reduce the time needed to study! Don’t give yourself the option of being distracted – turn your phone and television off, and your mood and studies will benefit.
Looking after your body can hugely improve your revision as well as your mental health. Be sure to take regular breaks, go outside for walks and avoid junk food. You’ll find yourself more energised and alert, and less stressed when it comes to exam time.
Self-care and mindfulness are a crucial part of revising well. Stay on top of your mental health by scheduling rest breaks into your revision schedule and consistently getting a good night’s sleep. Remember to take a moment each day to ‘check in’ with how you’re feeling.
Avoid the stress of last-minute cramming – get organised early! By revising a few hours every week now, you’ll avoid feeling anxious or overworked during your exams. Make yourself a revision timetable now and stick to it!
