Our Story
Pilates:
A stye of exercise designed to build strength and encourage safe flexibility, rehabilitate old and new injuries and improve breathing patterns. Basically - to help you get back to doing what you enjoy, whatever your age.
Gamrie Pilates Online classes range from gentle classes suitable for complete beginners or those who want to take it slowly, to improvers' classes building strength and balance, and to challenging, more aerobic classes for the experienced. Your teacher, Carol, is the osteopath at The Gamrie Osteopathy Clinic, and understands just how much or even how little movement the body needs to sort itself out.
We are currently offering small online classes in the comfort of your own livingroom...you’ll need a non-slip mat, a head cushion or folded towel, and reasonably fitted comfortable clothes you can exercise in.
