With everything that is going on in the world and our personal lives it's easy to get caught up in the drama. When this happens it can bring about anxiety and dissatisfaction. If you find yourself feeling this way it's a good time to ground yourself. Ideally this would be on a sunny beach walking along the water's edge splashing or barefoot across a beautiful green meadow but it's too cold for that so.... at night when you're laying safely in your bed imagine doing one of these things in as much detail as you can. What do you see, feel, hear? This exercise helps calm you and keep you connected to yourself. It might take a few goes at this but it's a brilliant way to end a day.
