Yesterday, I had the privilege of working alongside delivering assessment and treatment at as part of their wellness week.

I met Sharon during a recent event organised by - they have created and cultivated such a wonderful space for us wellness professionals to work in and collaborate with, allowing us to create relationships that help build each other up and improve our professional skills.

100 MILES FOR 100 MEN EVERY 100 MINUTES

Every 100 minutes, 100 men succumb to a weight they can’t bear alone. Every 100 minutes, 100 men are lost to su***de. Every 100 minutes, 100 families say goodbye to a son, a father, a brother.

That’s something we couldn’t stand by and watch.

So, this week (Thursday 10am), the above group of Gymshark brothers are running over 100 miles from GSHQ to Gymshark Regent St. - carrying 20lbs of weight. That’s one mile for every brother lost. To raise awareness; to raise money; to raise hope. To show that in life and in conditioning, it’s about always taking the next step.

Whether a donation, a supportive pitstop or a shout from the rooftops, we (and all those affected) will be forever grateful for any support you could show.

Charley, James and I will be cycling a minimum of 300 miles each over the month of April to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
