Such a beautiful old tree, glorious in it’s spring coat of moss.
The i360 looking spectacular. On the way home after a marvellous evening at Bincho Yakitori. Celebrating BG’s birthday with Suzie Kelly
Cobalt blue has always been one of my favourite colours in glass. It’s so vibrant and it always reminds me of the eighties, good times!
A red floral focal with sparkly czs. I love the way the light shines through, it's almost glowing.
This one will be in my Facebook Show tomorrow afternoon over on https://www.facebook.com/groups/GlassMeltersWorldMarket
It's far too hot to make beads so I'm preparing for my next show. This one is in a new (to me) group so I'm feeling a bit nervous. I would love to see you there ❤

Start: Thursday 22nd July at 6pm BST
Finish: Saturday 24th July 5pm BST
If you are not yet a member of the group please apply in advance so the admins have a chance to add you in time for my show.
Silver glass headpins, on loooong copper wires. I think of these as my Mr Whippy headpins... ice cream anyone?
Nothing says summer like a pink floral bead!
First up this morning in my show (link is in comments) Are some lovely summery pairs of floral beads.
A set of blue, silver glass beads... so shiny. In my show in the Artist Spotlight Group starting at 2pm BST today, I would love to see you there.
Also coming up tomorrow in my show I have the cutest little heart beads... in my new favourite Double Helix glass, opal purple 😁
I will have a few headpins as well as beads although not as many as I would have liked!
I forgot to say the showcase is in the Artist Spotlight group https://www.facebook.com/groups/artistspotlight
I have a Facebook show case tomorrow so I thought I would post a few pics of the beads I will have up.
I haven't made any of these raised florals for years but they were so much fun to make. They are perfect for earrings!
I’ve been a bit under the weather this week, unable to take advantage of the crappy weather and make beads without melting my face off.
Some headpins I made earlier 😁
It's been a bit too hot to melt any glass! (I'm not complaining, I love hot, sunny days) Here is one I made earlier 😉
May I introduce my newest bead design, in beautiful summery apricot glass, sprinkled with silver sparkles and a cubic zirconia. I need a name though, any suggestions?
Still a work in progress but I’m quite pleased for my first try!
Lampwork Headpins Next Generation This week I have mostly been making floral lampwork glass headpins.
Not a good week to give up sugar... I've already broken my website 😱
Happy Monday! 🌺🌞🌸
It’s been ages since I made any silver glass focal beads. I remember disappearing down a rabbit hole trying to create an effect I couldn’t actually describe. This one and another one came close but still didn’t quite get there. I can feel the pull of that curiosity again....
This pink floral focal bead is super sparkly ✨✨
It’s available in my website shop now.

I have a showcase over on Artist Spotlight Group from now until Thursday morning. Why not drop by and say hello? I will pop the link in the comments.
Latest experiment with blending translucent colours, I rather like it. I also like the way the petals have gone kind of tissue papery see through, too.
This week I have mostly been taking photos but today is a making beads kind of day. Here's one I took earlier! I love blue and white for summer jewellery.
Love this. it's fantastic!

I absolutely love blue and teal together!
My showcase finishes in about 12 hours over in the Artists Spotlight Group, https://www.facebook.com/groups/artistspotlight/

Another bead heading for my show in Artist Spotlight group on Sunday
https://www.facebook.com/groups/artistspotlight
Today has mostly been a day for taking photos of beads. Prep for Sundays show in Artists Spotlight Group.
New blog post! Where I have been and what's coming next...😁 Link is in the comments.
So things have been a bit chaotic in my home life recently and I think it's about time for some beads! I have rejoined my favourite group https://www.facebook.com/groups/artistspotlight and, on May 9th, I will be having my first show in about 5 years! To say I am nervous is an understatement but I have really missed the friendship and camaraderie of my old Facebook groups.
