🌞🎉 **Summer Fayre Raffle Prizes Needed!** 🎉🌞

We are excited to announce our upcoming Summer Fayre on **26th August 2024 from 13:00 to 16:00 at Montpellier Manor Care Home TS8 9BD**! To make this event a success, we are kindly requesting raffle prize donations. Your contributions will be greatly appreciated and help us raise funds for our residents' fund.

We are particularly looking for bottles and gift sets, but all types of prizes are welcome. Every donation makes a big difference!

I just wanted to share a couple of our current fundraising initiatives.

Firstly We’ve registered MHA Communities Teesside with , which means over 7,000 brands will now donate to us for FREE every time you use to shop with them. Yoga at Normanby Methodist Church, our members enjoyed a Yoga session on Monday led by a virtual instructor on the brilliant MHA active app. It really is great to be able to offer so many new sessions through the app, if you would like to use the app it is available on apple, android and on internet browsers and can be found here https://active.mha.org.uk/

Colleague appreciation post. I wanted to say a huge thank you to Denise and Tracey, we recently ran our first quarterly raffle and Denise and Tracey went above and beyond relentlessly selling raffle tickets to family and friends. They sold an amazing 100 tickets each. I see how hard Denise and Tracey work everyday, and to watch them be so motivated to raise funds for our vital services in their spare time is inspiring thank you both so much MHA Montpellier Manor Care Home

What a fantastic afternoon we had yesterday at our annual Community-tea party at Normanby Methodist church. It was wonderful to bring together community members from all our current groups as well as Montpellier Manor residents and their families for an afternoons filled with cakes, tea, dancing a little bit of sweet Caroline.

A special thank you from me to my colleagues, Bev, Beverley and Dawn. Our wonderful volunteers Shirley, Judith, patsy and Bernie. Without you yesterday wouldn’t of been possible so from myself and everyone who attended a huge thank you.

Fundraising Events - Help People Live Later Life Well | MHA Raise vital funds to enable older people to live later life well, by taking part in one of our amazing upcoming events. From skydiving to running; we have something for everyone.

The power of communication is something we all know.

Something as simple as a half hour conversation can make all the difference and by working together, we can combat loneliness by continuing the vital work of our incredible national befriending service.
