We had a Birmingham City Council Food Hygiene inspector over recently, and of course we are just where we need to be and compliant with the law.

Cornflake Crispy Chilli Madness Chicken!

Marinate your chicken in some yoghurt and Chilli Madness, dip in some egg and coat with crushed cornflakes.

Chuck it in the air fryer.

We had it on a wrap, filled with spinach, avocado & tomato, of course we added a drizzle of mayo and tons more Chilli Madness!
