Although Leon Chaitow wasn't renowned as a "sports" oriented osteopath, his mission to drive awareness of osteopathy upward in the public and medical experience undoubtedly supported osteopathy's drive to become more recognised in elite sports.
Leon was the first osteopath to work in an NHS Practice, published over 80 books, single-handedly started one of Elsevier's most popular journals, JBMT, and got it to the point that it was medline indexed; among many other monumental achievements. His journey is captured here in an interview with his daughter, Sasha Chaitow - a force for good in her own right. Enjoy the show!
