North Down MP Alex Easton attends constituency’s annual Conservative Party barbeque Newly-elected Independent MP Alex Easton has attended an annual barbeque in his constituency hosted by the local Conservative Party association.
It was a great evening at our historic North Down Conservatives Annual BBQ.
The event has been running for 30+ years and we are proud to announce, once again, it was immensely successful!
NI Conservatives Chairman, Paul Leeman was pleased to welcome our new North Down MP, Alex Easton who was accompanied by his wife Denise.
A big thank you goes out to Alex who made time for our members. The members valued his insight on how best to strengthen unionism across Northern Ireland. We wish him the best of luck in his endeavours at Westminster!
We would also like to extend our gratitude to all those who helped set up the event! The food was delicious and those in attendance
had a very pleasant time.
We look forward to keeping this tradition going for many more years to come.

Young Conservative event at Northern Ireland
We are advising road users that the Ards and North Down Christmas Tree Light Switch-On in Bangor will be taking place in the City Centre on Saturday, 18th November.
The event will include a Christmas market and may require local diversions between 5-6pm, when the lights are set to be switched on at the McKee Clock at 5.30pm.
If you are attending, please allow extra time for your journey. If you are not attending the event, please seek an alternative route and avoid the area if possible.
