After months of dedicated work and research, we are thrilled to share the incredible results of our facial rejuvenation treatment using dermal fillers. Our silence over the past few months was due to our focus on developing a unique technique that provides exceptional outcomes. Our journey began approximately nine months ago when we embarked on a quest to invent this creative and groundbreaking treatment. It demanded an immense amount of hard work, patience, dermal fillers, and hyaluronidase, but we can now confidently say that it was all worth it. We have numerous successful examples, and we will be sharing them more frequently.

What does the treatment entail?

As we age, our hyaluronic acid stores gradually diminish, resulting in sagging and drooping skin, particularly in areas such as the cheeks and jowls. This natural process causes changes in the skin's anatomy, leaving us dissatisfied with what we see in the mirror. Fine lines and wrinkles become more pronounced as the structure of the skin changes. However, with our new treatment, we can reverse these signs of aging. Our patients can now restore a youthful, radiant, and fresh appearance to their skin. How much product is used?

The amount of product required varies depending on the individual, but we typically recommend a minimum of 3 milliliters (mls).

GOURI is the 1st liquid type PCL (polycaprolactone) injectable. GOURI rejuvenates our skin by promoting collagenesis on the entire face. Spreading naturally on the entire face, GOURI generates collagen synthesis which has decreased due to the skin-aging. Using CESABP technology, DEXLEVO’s patented technology, GOURI, restores the collagen synthesisthat has decreased due to skin-ageing. As a result, the comprehensive condition of the skin is improved giving the look of a complete face ‘lift’. This is real fundamental anti-ageing.

Unlike existing fillers, GOURI doesn’t have microparticles inside it. It’s completely solubilised. As a result, GOURI spreads very easily to the surrounding areas. Plus, GOURI is suitable to use for both doctors and patients, because it stimulates collagen synthesis across the entire face from only 10 injection points. Also, it reduces side effects related to micro-particles, such as vascular compression and necrosis, granuloma formation, and skin discolouration. Furthermore, GOURI is very compatible with other aesthetic injectables like toxin and other skin boosters.

Before, not our work. This lovely client had lip augmentation done else were approx 6/52 ago. We had added 1 ml for volume and corrected imperfections left from previous lip filler. Amazing results for our amazing client

Never got posted before‼️ Rejuvenation with 2.5 ml of dermal filler. What an amazing results. Nasolobial folds and marionette lines just faded away. This is what we live the most, best results with minimal amount of product.

It takes time to build it up volume in the lips, especially when naturally they don't look as full as you might want. Often I get statement "lip filler doesn't last". Actually it does. However building up to fuller looking lips takes time and needs quite few syringes used within certain period of time. until it reach desired results it might feel as if clients are ready to give up. This particular example required 4 ml of dermal filler within period of two years. But results are obvious and juicy 💉🫦 #увеличениегуб

Quite often we get asked: "To have bigger lips 1ml or 0.5ml needs to be used? Is 1ml filler wont be too much? Why product don't last? I cant see much of the difference in regards to lip volume". These questions asked frequently and we thought it would be great show you this example. These lips were enhanced within 4 sittings so 4 ml of dermal filler used within period of 2.5 years. Obvious results of increased volume can be seen however as you can see this required much more that 1ml. We always suggest to start from 1ml and just build up lips within reasonable period of time. Again amount offered after depends on each case individually.

Due to global increase in product costs, consumables, indemnity and medical negligence insurance, as well as prices of courses, seminars being constantly undertaken, we had to make a difficult decision to increase our treatment prices. I have graduated in 2006 and hold BSc and MSc Diploma in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. I currently work in one of London's biggest NHS Foundation Trust as Lead Clinician. Aesthetics career had started more as hobby now 2 years ago. It was hectic time when pandemmic started and I had said to myself "it is now or never". I have approched Derma Institute which is one of leading aesthetics training academies who only train individuals with medical background. Since I hold Advanced Aesthetics dipoma it didn't stop there. I have completed many diffirent master classes, different trainings including PDO Threads and was probably one of not many in UK who started to work restoring facial volume loss so called "Facial Rejuvenation" using dermal fillers. My approach is different when it comes to injectables and naturalism is paramount. I work to achieve subtle changes to your features and enhance your natural beauty by adding volume, smoothing lines, adding definition and contours.
