Hounslow Talking Therapies
Free confidential support for people experiencing common mental health problems
July is a important month dedicated to raising awareness about the mental health challenges faced by minority communities. The prevalence of psychological distress among adults is higher in racial and ethnic minority groups.
Here at Hounslow Talking Therapies, we are committed to reducing barriers in accessing mental health support and one way we do that is by offering interpreter appointments.

Disability Pride Month has been celebrated every July in the UK since 2017. It is a month for people in the disabled community to celebrate being proud and celebrate being unapologetically themselves. Disability Pride Month stands to recognise the obstacles that individuals with disabilities overcome.
At Hounslow Talking Therapies, we understand the importance of providing accessible and supportive psychological support for all individuals, regardless of their abilities.
During Disability Pride Month, we want to emphasise our commitment to offering inclusive and tailored therapy services to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our team of experienced therapists is dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming space where clients with disabilities can feel understood, respected, and empowered on their mental health journey.
By recognising Disability Pride Month and highlighting our inclusive approach to therapy, we aim to spread awareness, reduce stigma, and promote a more supportive and inclusive society for individuals with disabilities. If you or someone you know could benefit from our services, feel free to reach out to us at Hounslow Talking Therapies. Let's continue to celebrate diversity, empower individuals, and promote mental health for all.
