Treat Yourself

Okay, BIG news today. I am not going to be doing Treat Yourself anymore.

First I want to thank everybody who has supported me over the past three years, I have had the best time ever and it’s all down to you! It was so special to share your joy for cakes, and to share your special moments like birthdays, anniversaries, even some weddings.

Second, I hope it’s made everybody think that maybe vegan food can be fun, and normal, and a bit naughty!

This has been a tough year for everyone, I never really bounced back when we came out of lockdown, and I think that’s down to many reasons. There has been a huge increase in vegan food in Plymouth compared to when I started, and it’s lovely to see other vegan businesses, or businesses with vegan options, doing well, but I have to think of the impact it has on me. Also the market is not as busy as it was when I started, so make sure you go out and support your market, and support shopping local, it’s a fantastic place full of the best people.

I’ve been in touch with a few people about alternative collection for their upcoming orders, but if you’re worried at all please get in touch. I won’t be taking any new orders but I’m still honouring the orders already made.

I’m proud of the past three years, and will always look at it with fondness. And while I move on and close the door on this chapter, there’s always the possibility that one day I could return to it. So it’s goodbye for now, but not goodbye forever. Thank you again for allowing me to live my dream for the past 3 years.
