A Happy 2022
As the year draws to a close
On a difficult 365 days,
Hold your dear ones close,
And count the sunny rays.

It has not been a great year.
We’ve all lost someone dear,
Not too much alas to cheer,
And it isn’t yet over, I fear.

But there has been some good,
During this most difficult age,
For that at least we should
Be grateful as we start a new page.

I hope 2022 returns the sunshine,
And feels like a vintage fine wine.
That the World bounces back again,
And we never see this insanity again!

So wherever you are my friend,
As this crazy year comes to an end,
Thank you for being part of the cheer,

As many clients have back and hip pain, especially in lockdown, I thought this poster I saw online would be useful. Note do not do any of these that feel too uncomfortable or aggravate the pain. If in doubt feel free to contact me before trying them. These are similar to exercises I recommend to clients, and also I can help with some of these postures as ‘assisted stretches’ during massage sessions.

Update: we are setting the Leeland Road, W13 salon up today and taking treatments there from Wednesday. I will be there Friday afternoon/ evening and Saturday morning this week.
As of today I am also able to do home visits.
In both cases we are still following strict covid policies, which includes limiting the number of people we see.
I will continue also taking limited clients in Edgware.
