I've almost completed my 100 day project; drawing whatever 3 things are on a randomly picked out kids charades card. Today is day 95 and the prompt was putting on a CD, but I thought that was a bit dated and opted for streaming music instead...

It's mental health awareness week - until the 19th May. And ‘Movement: Moving more for our mental health’ is the theme for 2024. Regular physical activity is known to improve mental health, quality of life, and wellbeing.

I've got into the swing of my 100 day illustration project now - I pick a kids charades card at random from the pack, and then illustrate the 3 prompts on the back for the next 3 days. Today will be day 19 and I've got 'ironing a shirt' - and here's 'rowing a boat' from day 12.
