Back in 1987, I was taking good notes at a seminar with my late mentor Jim Rohn. One quote I wrote down at the time stuck in my mind for many years. He Said:-

"The BODY knows how to perform the miracle of health. The MIND knows how to perform the miracle of wealth. If you give them what they need." - Jim Rohn

He went on to explain the nutrients required by the BODY for good health, and the books to read for the MIND to help those who want to, become wealthy.

On November 25, 2008, Beccy Hopfensperger and I decided to turn what was then a 21 year old part-time business, into our new business venture BODY and MIND Studio International Ltd, the company name inspired by Jim Rohn's quote.

The years have been tough, and challenging and we have had to pivot many times to get through tough times, but all the time, I had both Jim Rohn, and my first mentor Larry Thompson's Millionaire Training at the core of everything we did. Those trainings have been priceless and this year we have helped more people than I could have possibly imagined to better health in both BODY and MIND.

So all I can say is thank you to Larry, Jim and of course to our fabulous customers around the globe for their amazing support. I would also like to thank Martha D'Adamo for placing her trust in us to distribute the D'Adamo Personalized Nutrition products across Europe this year, and Vasilis in Rhodes for his supply of amazing natural Greek Cosmetics/Sun Care for our UK customers.
