As you may have seen we ( & ) were hit with a pretty nasty case of covid 🤒

Whilst we are clear of that now our lung capacity has not quite recovered and with Jess needing all the energy for the Dance Fit Fiesta 💃 we have removed the NFF workout of the day to focus on ensuring the event runs smoothly!

Worry not, with Rockbox with on the 2nd stage and helping you on the knowledge stage with Goal Setting we're leaving you in good hands 🙌

We have highlighted the 11 incredible classes on offer that are suitable for children to partake in, and the whole family to enjoy together! 🎉

From learning the Boxing Basics with Bobby 🥊, to dancing to top musical hits in Broadway Boogie 💃🏽, be sure to brush up on your moves before festival day so the kids don't show you up! 👀

INTRODUCING YOUR NFF HOSTS🙌🏼

Most of you know who we are, but for those of you that don't, we thought it would only be right to introduce ourselves! 🩵

We are and , the faces behind NFF!👋🏼 A couple in the fitness industry, who are super passionate about all things health, fitness, and wellness.💫

Anthony is a personal trainer based at and instructs classes at various other gyms in Norwich.💪🏼

And myself, Jess, a fitness instructor for various gyms in Norwich, and a Retreat Coach for . 💪🏼

It was Anthony's fabulous idea to create the Norwich Fitness Festival, after we visited Brighton and saw they were creating their own. Ant pitched the idea, saying we could really do with something like this in Norwich, as it has so much to offer on the local fitness scene. So here we are! 🥳

With the help and guidance of some amazing people along the way - friends, fitness professionals, sports clubs, instructors, vendors, food vendors, family and so many more, we've managed to create what we hope to be a great day of celebrating fitness in our city.🫶🏼

We are so grateful to everyone who is contributing to this event, as without you all, we wouldn't be able to bring the idea to life. 😘

We'd be lying if we said it's been an easy ride over the last 5 months😂 as we have no background in event planning, it's definitely been a huge learning curve! 🤯

All we aim to do is create a day of bringing people together through fitness. We want to emphasise that fitness comes in so many different forms, can be for all ages and abilities, and most importantly, is enjoyable! 🙌🏼

Be sure to come chat to us on the day, we'll be on hand at the festival all day, and will be teaching our class (NFF workout of the day) at 15:10 on the Main Stage! 🏃🏽

We are so excited to introduce to the NFF Team!🥳

This is a special one, as I spent a big chunk of my childhood, age 10-15 years, creating the best memories competing in athletics with the incredible team and inspirational coaches at CONAC. 🫶🏼 (The UEA Sportspark was my second home!😂)

The CONAC team will be running taster drills throughout the day for children 8 years and over. And field events for anyone to get involved with. This will give an insight to what the club has to offer, such as:

- Field events🤾🏽‍♀️
- Track events🏃🏽

And most importantly, the community and team aspect of athletics! 🙌🏼

We are super excited to announce our first charity stall in 🥳

Keeping Abreast is based in Norfolk, established by two patients and their breast cancer nurse specialist in 2007, to offer patient-led support and information to women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer or who have discovered that they have a hereditary breast cancer gene and faced with breast reconstruction surgery.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK with 1 woman diagnosed every 10 minutes and may face drastic surgery to save their lives.

Even if you haven't been affect by breast cancer please be sure to go chat to them on the day to find out more about the incredible work they do 🙌
