Latest kitchen install. The works included the removal of a load bearing wall with new rsj sunk into the ceiling as high as it would go. Full kitchen rewire. Plastering of the entire room. Full kitchen install Inc. Plumbing. Floor levelling and installation of Karndean flooring.

Another cellar conversion!
This house had two very damp and dark vaulted cellars. We converted one cellar into a bar (see previous post) and the other cellar into a cloakroom/downstairs toilet.

This room started as very dark and damp
Cellar. It was unhabitable until we turned it into a home bar! 🍸🍾🍹

Customer wanted more light in their dining room and easy access to the garden from the rear of their property.

flood damaged kitchen.
wet flooring removed, two industrial dehumidifiers supplied to dry out the building. plaster removed to 1m and then re plastered using lime plaster. New kitchen and flooring installed, and all walls and skirting given a base coat of white paint.

Recent porch upgrade..we replaced the rotten timber frames with new architectural aluminium frames with insulated Grp fiberglass roof. Future job is to replace the balustrade for frameless glass.
